The RCA record company presses Promos sometimes in only one factory with one design, the same numbers and letter.

They are pressing the CDs for many Countries and send it out to the subsidiary. Take a look at the Taiwan and US promo of the single "Dirrty".
It is definitely the same CD. Only the cover is different. The Taiwan promo has an inlay in a clear jewel case and a custom picture slipcase. The US promo has only a clear jewel case with the CD in it. Compare the CDs and you will see it is definitely the same CD. All numbers and letters match exactly. So before you buy or start bidding on a CD, check the item out. If you don't have a picture of the disc, check the tracks. If they are the same, then it might be the same.
