Hello, my name is Chris and I am the winner of the MTV Fanatic "Meet and Greet Christina Aguilera" competition.
First of all I would like to say how sweet Christina is in real life, as obviously not everyone who has been to watch Christina in concert will actually get to meet her in person.
I have attended four of Christina's concerts - but when she stands right by your side - that is another feeling entirely!
Here is my story from the beginning:
I was very surprised when MTV contacted me to say I was the winner of the competition! I was taken directly to the Berlin Tegel Airport, but before I could do this I had to pack my clothes very quickly. My flight took me to Milano and I checked in to a wonderful Hotel. I felt like a star!
I had only half an hour to take a shower and change clothes. The MTV team came and drove me to Castello where Christina was performing her concert the next day.
I didn't know what was about to happen next, but I was feeling very excited.
We went backstage..and now I was even more excited because I didn't know what questions to ask or answer or anything else. I couldn't believe this was happening to me. . We were there nearly one and a half hours. I enjoyed chatting to Christina's dancers, backing singers and many other people who work with Christina. They all were very friendly and nice to me.
Afterwards we remained at the stage and could hear the sound check by the Technicians. At 3 o'clock in the early hours of the morning, I fell into bed.
At 9 o'clock the next morning I was asked to wait in front of my hotel.
Then came my next surprise - a 9 metre long stretched Limousine arrived to take me to Milano City! Milano City is very beautiful and we had so much fun. It was such a great city.
I was treated to a drive around and a shopping spree, including a trip to the Armani store, where I was first fitted out with new clothes and directly after, I was rushed to the Hair Salon and had my hair styled and my make up was applied. From this point everything else happened really fast. I was whisked back into the Limo and driven to the hotel where Christina was staying... I can't describe how thrilled I was feeling, but it was like my heart had stopped beating! I could hardly breathe and I was so excited. I was told that there would be about 20 minutes to wait for Christina to arrive. I believe I looked rather sheepish. My head was thinking all sorts of things like "Please don't cry!!!" and "Don't forget to breathe!!!!"
Christina came - I knew that I had about 15 minutes to see and to talk to Christina.
My heart still felt like it had stopped beating and I was very nervous to see her..oh my God, it was so wonderful! She was so beautiful and so nice to me.
I love her so much.
I had to ask about 14 questions - then she had to go.. I was feeling really sad, and I began to cry.. She took my hand and gave me a kiss.. She was so nice. I still can't believe that I have met her... Her hands are so small, and her eyes are so big. I was looking at her all the time!
I gave her a little present (my necklace and a frame with pictures of her).
Then she was away.
Afterwards, we drove in the new Mercedes where the Armani fashion show took place.
To my surprise I had still to walk over the "Red Carpet!! It was fantastic.. I felt like a star!
On the way to the fashion show I met Christina's dancers again, they knew me now and shouted my name…oh my God..they know me! We laughed so much, had plenty to drink and took photographs, they were all very cute to me!
The show began!
Christina then performed her 45 minute concert and it was the most beautiful concert I have ever seen. I had only to stretch out my hand to her and I could touch her.. no Security watching me or stopping me, nothing.. only Christina J (and the backing singers all recognised me. That was soooo nice!!)!
After the concert my head was spinning.. It was too much for one day.. That was the best time of my life…We left after the show to go to a party and stayed up until 4 o'clock in the morning.
I was very tired now and ready to sleep!! The next day we were flying home L I wish I could do this every day, and I miss everyone so much…they all were so nice to me and it was a wonderful experience.
This was the best time ever of my life!!!
I am the happiest fan of Christina Aguilera.
